AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS

• These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Magnetic Mindset Studio website and your purchase of or participation in services, sessions, mentorships, programs, communities, digital resources and other offerings provided by Magnetic Mindset Studio.

• By purchasing, booking or participating in a service, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms applicable to that service.

• Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law that cannot legally be excluded.

• If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or participate in the relevant services.

NATURE OF SERVICES

• Magnetic Mindset Studio provides coaching, mentoring, intuitive guidance, education and personal-development services.

• Depending on the offering, my work may incorporate:

• subconscious pattern awareness and rewiring practices;

• nervous-system education and regulation tools;

• emotional-awareness and emotional-mastery practices;

• intuitive guidance and intuitive development;

• mindset and self-image work;

• energetic modalities;

• personal reflection tools; and

• practical frameworks designed to support personal growth.

• Services may include private 1:1 sessions, Pattern Decodes or scans, mentorships, programs, digital resources, workshops, communities, group experiences and other offerings described at the point of purchase.

• The exact content, format, duration, access period and inclusions of each offer will be described on the relevant sales, booking or checkout page.

ELIGIBILITY

• Unless otherwise stated, Magnetic Mindset Studio services are intended for adults aged 18 or over.

• By purchasing a service, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into the agreement.

PURCHASES & PAYMENT

• When purchasing a paid Magnetic Mindset Studio offering, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to pay the price displayed or otherwise agreed at the time of purchase.

• Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

• You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

• Magnetic Mindset Studio reserves the right to correct genuine pricing or description errors and, where appropriate, cancel or refund a transaction affected by such an error.

• Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

PAYMENT PLANS

• Where a payment plan is offered, the payment plan is a method of paying the total agreed purchase price in instalments unless the offer is expressly described as a cancel-anytime subscription or membership.

• Choosing to stop participating in a fixed-term program or mentorship does not automatically cancel remaining instalments that form part of the agreed purchase price, subject always to any applicable statutory cancellation, consumer or contractual rights.

• The payment amount, schedule and number of instalments will be communicated at or before purchase.

FAILED PAYMENTS

• If an agreed payment fails, I may contact you and ask you to update your payment method or resolve the outstanding balance.

• Where payment remains outstanding, access to the relevant paid service, program, materials, sessions or community may be temporarily paused until the account is brought up to date.

• Where reasonable, I will give you an opportunity to resolve the failed payment before access is suspended or terminated.

• Any action taken under this section remains subject to applicable consumer law and the terms of the particular offer.

1:1 SESSIONS & PATTERN DECODES

• Private sessions are reserved specifically for you.

• Please arrive at the agreed time and ensure that you have an appropriate internet connection and environment for an online session.

• If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as reasonably possible.

• Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where reasonably possible and remain subject to availability.

• If you do not attend a scheduled session and have not provided reasonable notice, the session may be treated as used, except where applicable law requires otherwise or where I agree to reschedule because of exceptional circumstances.

• If I need to reschedule because of illness, emergency or circumstances outside my reasonable control, I will offer an alternative date or another appropriate solution.

PROGRAMS & MENTORSHIPS

• Where you purchase a fixed-term program or mentorship, access to sessions, support, materials and other inclusions is provided for the period stated when you purchase.

• You are responsible for making reasonable use of the service during that period.

• Unless otherwise agreed, unused sessions, messaging access or other support do not automatically carry over or extend beyond the stated program period.

• If circumstances outside my reasonable control significantly affect delivery of the program, I will take reasonable steps to provide an appropriate alternative.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS, COURSES & RESOURCES

• Digital materials are licensed to you for your own personal use unless expressly stated otherwise.

• This may include:

• guides;

• PDFs;

• worksheets;

• recordings;

• frameworks;

• course materials;

• meditations;

• voicenotes;

• educational resources;

• training materials; and

• other digital content.

• You may not share your login details or redistribute paid digital materials to another person.

• Where immediate access to digital content affects a statutory cancellation right, the appropriate consent and acknowledgement will be requested during the purchase process where legally required.

THE REWIRE ROOM & COMMUNITY SPACES

• The Rewire Room and any other Magnetic Mindset Studio community spaces are designed to be supportive places for learning, reflection, connection and growth.

• By participating, you agree to treat other members respectfully.

You may not:

• harass, threaten or deliberately intimidate another member;

• publish another member's private information;

• reproduce or publicly share another member's posts, stories or experiences without permission;

• scrape or collect member information;

• add members to mailing lists or databases without their permission;

• spam the community;

• use the community primarily to solicit clients or customers;

• send unsolicited promotional messages to members;

• repeatedly pitch your own services, programs or products; or

• redistribute protected Magnetic Mindset Studio content.

• Reasonable sharing, conversation and genuine connection are welcome. Unsolicited selling and exploitation of the community are not.

• Where necessary to protect the community or other members, Magnetic Mindset Studio may remove content, issue a warning, restrict participation or terminate community access for serious or repeated breaches.

• Any decision regarding refunds following termination will remain subject to applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the particular service.

COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES

• From time to time, I may offer complimentary sessions, resources, Pattern Decodes, beta experiences or other services.

• A complimentary service is still subject to any relevant participation, intellectual-property and conduct provisions in these Terms.

• Receiving a complimentary service does not automatically mean that you agree to become a testimonial, case study or marketing feature.

• I may invite you to provide feedback or a testimonial after your experience.

• If I would like to publicly use your testimonial, name, photograph, video or client story, appropriate permission will be obtained.

• More information is provided in the Testimonials & Client Stories section of the Privacy Policy below.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & REFUNDS

• I put time, preparation and care into every Magnetic Mindset Studio offering. I also understand that circumstances change.

• My cancellation policy is therefore designed to protect the time reserved for clients while respecting your statutory consumer rights.

• Statutory cancellation rights

• Where applicable under UK consumer law, consumers purchasing at a distance may have a statutory cancellation period.

• Nothing in these Terms removes or reduces a statutory cancellation or refund right that applies to you.

• Where you request that a service begins during an applicable statutory cancellation period, you may be asked to expressly request that the service begins early.

• If you subsequently exercise a statutory cancellation right after the requested service has begun, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided where permitted by law.

• Where a service has been fully performed after the legally required request and acknowledgement have been obtained, your cancellation right may be affected in accordance with applicable law.

• Different rules may apply to digital content supplied immediately.

• Outside statutory cancellation rights

• Once an applicable statutory cancellation period has expired or a statutory cancellation right has otherwise ended, purchases are generally non-refundable unless:

• the particular offer states otherwise;

• I am unable to provide the purchased service and cannot offer a reasonable alternative;

• applicable law gives you a right to a refund; or

• I agree to a refund or alternative arrangement because of exceptional circumstances.

• Change-of-mind refunds are not ordinarily provided once applicable statutory cancellation rights have expired.

• If something unexpected happens, please contact me at eva@magneticmindsetstudio.com. I will always aim to approach genuine situations reasonably and fairly.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The ideas you uncover about yourself belong to you. The materials, frameworks and original content I create to help you get there belong to Magnetic Mindset Studio. Unless otherwise stated, original Magnetic Mindset Studio content remains the intellectual property of Magnetic Mindset Studio or the relevant rights holder.​ This includes where applicable:

• The Rewire at the Root Method™;

• Magnetic Mindset Studio frameworks and processes;

• teaching materials;

• worksheets;

• exercises;

• guides;

• recordings;

• program and course materials;

• session resources;

• written content;

• website copy;

• graphics and branding;

• workshops;

• presentations;

• community resources; and

• other original educational materials.

• Purchasing or receiving access to a Magnetic Mindset Studio service gives you a limited right to use the materials provided for your own personal, non-commercial use.

• It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.

• Without prior written permission, you may not reproduce, copy, sell, license, teach, distribute, publish, upload, commercially exploit or substantially repurpose Magnetic Mindset Studio materials or present them as your own.

• You may, of course, use what you personally learn through the work in your own life.

RECORDING & REDISTRIBUTION

• Private sessions will not intentionally be recorded by Magnetic Mindset Studio unless you have been informed and there is an appropriate basis for doing so.

• You may not record, reproduce, distribute, publish or commercially use private sessions, paid group calls, workshops or protected program content without prior permission, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

• Where a group session is recorded for participants, this will be communicated where appropriate.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

• This work is collaborative.

• You remain responsible for:

• your wellbeing;

• your decisions;

• your actions;

• deciding whether guidance feels appropriate for you;

• implementing or choosing not to implement tools or suggestions;

• communicating your boundaries; and

• seeking qualified professional support where appropriate.

• You are always free to say that something does not resonate, decline an exercise or decide not to act on guidance.

• Participating in Magnetic Mindset Studio services does not create a medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, fiduciary or other regulated professional relationship.

CONFIDENTIALITY

• Information shared privately during individual sessions and mentorships will be treated with care and respect.

• However, coaching, mentoring and intuitive services do not carry the same legally protected confidentiality rules that may apply to certain regulated professional relationships.

• Information may be disclosed where required by law or otherwise legally necessary.

• In group or community environments, I ask every participant to respect the privacy of others. However, I cannot guarantee the conduct of another participant.

TESTIMONIALS & CLIENT EXPERIENCES

• Testimonials and case studies describe individual experiences.

• They do not guarantee that another client will achieve the same result.

• Where testimonials are used in Magnetic Mindset Studio marketing, I aim to represent the client's experience accurately and not materially alter its meaning.

• Further information about how testimonial information, photographs and videos are handled appears in the Privacy Policy below.

SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF ACCESS

• Magnetic Mindset Studio may reasonably suspend or terminate access to a service or community where, for example:

• payment remains outstanding;

• these Terms are seriously or repeatedly breached;

• another member is being harassed or placed at risk;

• protected content is being unlawfully distributed;

• community spaces are being used for spam or unsolicited solicitation; or

• continued participation would materially disrupt or compromise the service.

• Where appropriate, I will aim to communicate with you before taking this action.

• Any financial consequences of suspension or termination remain subject to applicable law and your statutory rights.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful or excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

• Magnetic Mindset Studio does not guarantee a particular personal, emotional, relationship, career, business, financial, health or other outcome from participating in its services.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magnetic Mindset Studio is not responsible for losses arising solely from decisions or actions you independently choose to take based on personal-development or intuitive guidance.

• Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

• Magnetic Mindset Studio may use or link to third-party platforms such as website, scheduling, video-call, payment, community, email or form providers.

• Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

• Magnetic Mindset Studio is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside its reasonable control.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

• These Terms may occasionally be updated to reflect changes to the business, services or applicable requirements.

• Material changes affecting an existing paid service will not retrospectively remove contractual or statutory rights that have already arisen.

• The current version will always display its latest update date.

• GOVERNING LAW

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

• Nothing in these Terms removes any jurisdiction or dispute-resolution rights that a consumer is legally entitled to exercise.
