By booking a session through Calendy, you agree to provide accurate information and attend your session on Zoom at the scheduled time.
Rescheduling requests may be accommodated where possible and are subject to availability.

REFUND POLICY
Because all sessions require preparation, scheduling, energetic investment, and dedicated time - purchases are non-refundable.
However, I understand that life happens. If an unexpected circumstance arises, refund requests or rescheduling requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at my sole discretion. My goal is always to approach these situations with fairness, integrity, and respect for both parties.
